In the case is that your new jewelry arrives broken, is missing a stone or has a closure mistake we will be happy to exchange for the only for the same item. A request for an exchange of the same item, must be submitted within 1 month of receiving your order.

If your item is sold out or discontinued, we offer a gift card for the amount paid on the original order.

WE OFFER 1 MONTH OF WARRANTY IN EVERY JEWELRY PIECE

If your exchange request is not submitted under the estimated time period, the exchange request won't be valid.

I GOT PRE-SALE ITEMS

In every item description we specify the pre-sale waiting times, however your order is subject to shipping delays due covid-19, holidays or high amount of orders season.

 Any order purchased during pre-sale can't be refunded but it can be exchanged for any other piece (in the price range) or you can receive store credit.

Sadly we don't cancel pre - sale items orders, but you can always reach our team and we can make you an exchange of the piece or give you store credit.

I FORGOT TO ADD MY DISCOUNT CODE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

After placing an order unfortunately we can not cancel it or redeem your discount code.

I HAVE STORE CREDIT, CAN I USE IT IN A PHYSICAL STORE?

Unfortunately you can just redeem your store credit online.
